Housekeeper

About the role

The Avenair, a luxury residential community in downtown Lahore, is looking for a dedicated full‑time Housekeeper to keep its apartments and common areas spotless. You will work on‑site, interacting courteously with residents and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitisation.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and handling linens and towels.
• Replenish supplies, maintain orderly storage of equipment, and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist in training new team members on standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or residential services (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and move equipment safely.
