HR Generalist

About the role

Nokhba.AI is looking for an HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day people operations and help maintain a positive, productive workplace for its team in Lahore. This full‑time remote position is ideal for a versatile HR professional who enjoys contributing across recruitment, employee support, documentation, engagement, and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and related coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement and performance initiatives.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
• Respond to employee queries and provide timely HR support.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Good understanding of HR practices, processes, policies, and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities effectively.
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR management tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle employee queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
