IELTS & PTE Instructor – Full‑time (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated IELTS & PTE Instructor to join our Lahore centre. The instructor will deliver comprehensive test‑preparation courses, helping students master all four language skills and achieve their academic or migration goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured IELTS and PTE lessons covering listening, reading, writing and speaking.
• Prepare and update lesson plans using approved materials and digital resources.
• Conduct regular practice tests, assess learner needs and provide individualized feedback.
• Track student progress and adjust instruction to improve performance.
• Collaborate with counseling and admissions teams to align training with students’ target outcomes.
• Participate in workshops, demo sessions and information seminars as required.

Required profile

• Strong English teaching abilities with experience in diverse, multicultural classrooms.
• Proficiency in teaching English as a Foreign Language and supporting learners from varied linguistic backgrounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field; teaching certifications (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) are a plus.
• Prior experience in IELTS or PTE test‑preparation coaching preferred.
• Excellent communication, clear pronunciation and professional, student‑centered attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats and strategies.
• Lesson planning and curriculum design.
• Use of basic digital tools for teaching, reporting and record‑keeping.
