IS & Ops Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Regional SndPro ERP Support & Operations Executive to manage the implementation, support and optimisation of the SndPro system across the region. The role works closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, deliver high‑quality user support and drive continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily SndPro system operations, guaranteeing high availability and performance.
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot technical and functional issues and advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to track regional project deliverables and milestones.
• Monitor system performance, detect potential problems and implement optimisation solutions.
• Design and deliver training sessions, maintain up‑to‑date documentation and user guides.
• Identify and implement process enhancements together with cross‑functional teams.
• Produce regular reports on system usage and project status.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience supporting and managing ERP systems, preferably SndPro or a similar platform.
• Proven experience in supporting large‑scale regional projects.
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis and dashboard creation in Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Awareness of regional compliance requirements.
