Junior System Administrator - SOC Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. You will support both infrastructure and security monitoring, ensuring the reliability and protection of our Linux and Windows environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Administer user accounts, group policies, access permissions and authentication systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability and capacity, and perform upgrades, patching, backups and disaster‑recovery tasks.
• Track IT assets, software licences and keep infrastructure documentation up to date.
• Monitor security alerts, logs and endpoint activity using SIEM/Wazuh and other security tools.
• Support security solutions such as antivirus/XDR, firewalls, Passbolt and MFA implementations.
• Investigate security incidents, conduct initial analysis and coordinate remediation.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure and GRC teams on audits, vulnerability assessments and compliance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure management or IT security.
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
