Junior Technical Content Writer

About the role

The Junior Technical Content Writer will craft clear, engaging content that translates complex software, AI, SaaS, and cloud concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Working closely with Marketing, SEO, Design, Business Development, Product and engineering teams, the role supports brand authority, organic visibility and lead generation across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and proofread high‑quality content for digital and business channels.
• Develop blog posts, articles, website pages, landing pages, social media copy, case studies, email campaigns, newsletters, whitepapers and marketing collateral.
• Translate complex technology concepts into clear, audience‑focused narratives.
• Create SEO‑optimized content aligned with keyword strategy and search intent.
• Support the creation of service pages, solution content, case studies and sales collateral.
• Produce social media captions, hooks, scripts, carousel copy and short‑form content.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to turn written concepts into visual assets.
• Conduct structured research using credible industry and technical sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, SEO content, technical writing or digital marketing.
• Excellent command of written English, grammar, vocabulary and proofreading.
• Strong research, analytical and fact‑checking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research and content optimization.
• Ability to grasp technology‑related concepts and explain them clearly.
