Law Clerk – Commercial Real Estate & Energy (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Law Clerk to support a global leader in the energy and commercial real estate sectors. The position is fully remote and contract‑based, focusing on drafting, reviewing and managing transactional documents related to real estate and energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and prepare commercial real estate and energy contracts, lease agreements and related transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research on real estate and energy law, including regulatory compliance and due‑diligence.
• Assist in managing transactional documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Coordinate with legal teams, clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for ongoing and future transactions.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or enrollment in an accredited law school with at least two years completed.
• Prior experience as a law clerk, legal assistant or similar role, preferably in commercial real estate or energy.
• Strong proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and lease agreements.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
