Lead Digital Marketing – Islamic & Emirati Banking

About the role

As the Lead Digital Marketing for Islamic and Emirati Banking, you will partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive growth across the UAE market. This remote position based in Pakistan requires you to manage both product‑focused and digital campaigns while ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, Shariah principles and approved budgets.
• Plan and launch integrated 360° campaigns across digital and offline channels for Islamic and Emirati banking products.
• Manage end‑to‑end New‑to‑Bank (NTB) and Existing‑to‑Bank (ETB) campaigns, including creative development, media planning, execution, tracking and optimisation.
• Analyse campaign performance, extract customer insights and continuously improve ROI.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend effective marketing responses.
• Oversee marketing budgets, vendor accruals and payments in line with finance and governance policies.
• Collaborate with product, operations, technology, finance, compliance, analytics and digital teams to ensure readiness before launch.
• Ensure full compliance with operational risk, compliance policies and Shariah governance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and regulatory environment.
• Ability to handle issues with short turnaround times and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
