Lead Full Stack Engineer – AI

About the role

Software Finder is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of its next‑generation AI‑powered web platform. The role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, ensuring the product is secure, scalable, and high‑performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, and continuously improve scalable web applications using modern full‑stack technologies.
• Build and maintain front‑end components with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
• Develop back‑end services with NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Supabase, including authentication, real‑time databases, Edge Functions, and vector storage.
• Integrate AI solutions such as Large Language Models and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing engineering team, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring (Datadog, Sentry), and DevOps automation using shell scripting and infrastructure tools.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering secure, cloud‑native applications.
