About the role

We are seeking a Legal Expert to provide guidance on legal matters related to micro‑tasking and freelance platforms. The position is fully remote and part‑time, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements to ensure legal compliance.
• Advise on legal risks associated with micro‑tasking operations, including data privacy and labor regulations.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to cross‑border transactions and intellectual property disputes.
• Provide legal support for user disputes and platform‑related legal inquiries.
• Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations affecting gig‑economy platforms.

Required profile

• Experience in contract review and drafting for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in legal contexts.
