Legal Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist on a contract basis to support a global technology leader. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and managing legal documents while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.
• Ensure adherence to corporate, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across all legal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess legal risks and propose solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.

Required skills
