Legal Specialist – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting the company’s legal and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between internal and external parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements across all legal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess legal risks and propose solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.
