About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to work remotely for a global leader in software development and IT services. The role focuses on reviewing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing actionable guidance to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice on contractual and regulatory matters to stakeholders.
• Draft and revise legal documents such as terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers.
• Assess potential legal implications of business decisions and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns in product development and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and compliance assessment.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
