Legal Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will help ensure that all business operations are supported by accurate, compliant legal documentation and sound legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between internal and external parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable laws throughout all legal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess legal risks and propose solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal document management systems or comparable tools.
