Legal Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on reviewing, drafting and ensuring compliance of legal documents while providing guidance on regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to assess legal risks and propose solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal document management systems or comparable tools.
