Manager/Lead – EDMS Production Support (Digital Platform)

About the role

The role leads production support for the EDMS digital platform, overseeing L1/L2 support, incident management and reporting while coordinating a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for the EDMS application and related digital workers.
• Manage a diversified team of on‑shore, off‑shore and vendor resources, ensuring alerts, incidents and communications are handled promptly.
• Produce regular status and ad‑hoc reports, and maintain stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate patching activities, vulnerability remediation and performance metric analysis.
• Lead compliance with PMO, QMS, risk, audit and architecture guidelines and support regulatory and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in application production support, preferably in a banking environment.
• Demonstrated team‑management skills with ability to work across on‑shore, off‑shore and vendor groups.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to be on‑call for SLA support.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Weblogic web server and Oracle database.
• Proficiency in Java development and Unix/Linux command‑line operations.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile engineering practices and ML software development technologies.
