Marketing & Content Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Marketing & Content Designer to lead our social media presence and produce engaging visual assets. Based remotely, you will work closely with the brand team to ensure consistent communication across all channels. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling and drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all company social media platforms.
• Create and schedule up to 23 weekly social media posts.
• Design marketing materials such as posts, banners, brochures and promotional content.
• Develop fresh content ideas that align with the brand identity.
• Coordinate and execute social media marketing campaigns to boost engagement.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across all communications.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on analytics.
• Ensure all visual assets comply with brand guidelines and legal standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with awareness of digital marketing trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
