Member of Technical Staff – Enterprise AI (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions for enterprise customers. This full‑time remote position works within a global technology leader, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to embed AI capabilities into existing products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise AI models for enterprise applications, ensuring performance, scalability and reliability.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines for data ingestion, processing and model training.
• Partner with software engineers to integrate AI components into production systems and APIs.
• Evaluate, select and standardise AI frameworks and tools that meet business and technical requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, model specifications and deployment procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI or machine‑learning applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions for complex enterprise challenges.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch or JAX frameworks.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure.
• MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
