Member of Technical Staff - Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specialized in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on analysing complex legal and regulatory frameworks to guide product development and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to support product decisions.
• Design and implement technical frameworks that automate legal‑research workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience in legal research, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
