Member of Technical Staff – Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specialized in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on interpreting complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translating them into technical solutions that support product development and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and implement technical frameworks and tools that automate legal research workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines to ensure legal compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience with regulatory analysis and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
