Merchandising Planner – Footwear

About the role

We are seeking a Merchandising Planner for our footwear category to drive demand forecasting, budgeting and inventory management. The role will align product availability with brand strategy and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast seasonal demand using sales data, market trends and consumer insights; develop category‑level budgets and sales targets that support the brand strategy and assortment planning.
• Define and adjust pricing strategies while continuously monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, profitability and margins against planned budgets.
• Oversee SKU‑level finished footwear product planning, ensuring optimal availability through effective replenishment, markdowns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate timely product deliveries across the network and collaborate with supply chain partners to maintain smooth inventory flow.

Required profile

• MBA with a minimum of 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong strategic mindset and solid business acumen.
• Excellent planning, forecasting, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
