Mid-Level Business Development Executive – IT & Software Services

About the role

We are a software development agency serving international clients in the US, UK and EU. We are building a strong outbound sales system and need a mid‑level Business Development Executive to lead outreach and lead generation for our IT and software services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute cold‑email campaigns targeting US and UK prospects.
• Write and optimise email copy and follow‑up sequences.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach and lead‑generation activities.
• Handle or supervise cold‑calling to secure meetings.
• Improve Upwork bidding strategy by submitting selective proposals.
• Build and qualify lead lists using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn.
• Guide and mentor 1–2 junior team members.
• Track and improve reply rates, meeting bookings and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or SDR roles.
• Proven ability to write client‑focused sales and outreach emails.
• Hands‑on experience with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of IT and software services.
• Confidence communicating with international clients.
