Network & Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Network & Systems Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting the organization’s network and server infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and security for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security, and resolve any issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and network resources.
• Perform system backups, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Document network diagrams, system configurations, and technical records.
• Provide technical support to internal users and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in network or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
