Night Shift Fresh Call Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our night‑shift call centre team in Lahore. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales targets during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers during the night shift to promote products or services.
• Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers when additional information or feedback is required.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through timely and effective communication.
• Handle complaints or escalations professionally and forward them to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Willingness to work full‑time night shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
