About the role

Purpex Corp is seeking a detail‑oriented Night Shift Truck Dispatcher to join its logistics team in Lahore. The role focuses on coordinating truck movements during night hours, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routes to optimise delivery times and fuel efficiency.
• Balance load scheduling across the fleet and monitor vehicles in real time using dispatch software.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers and clients throughout the night shift.
• Respond quickly to unexpected issues, providing immediate solutions to keep schedules on track.
• Enter and manage dispatch data accurately for reporting and analysis.
• Utilise load boards to secure suitable loads and maximise fleet utilisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay updates and improve dispatch processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in truck dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle urgent problems swiftly.
• High level of trustworthiness and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain consistent performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fleet management software.
• Experience using dispatch systems.
• Familiarity with load boards for load acquisition.
