Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Lahore team. You will lead end‑to‑end Odoo implementations, ensuring the platform supports enterprise growth and operational efficiency. The role involves mapping business processes, configuring modules, and delivering post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and produce Business Blueprints and gap analysis.
• Configure core Odoo modules such as Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production/MRP, and CRM.
• Drive full‑lifecycle implementation cycles, including upgrades, cut‑over planning, and hyper‑care.
• Cleanse, structure, and migrate master and transactional data with high integrity.
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios and deliver training for key users.
• Provide functional guidance, create detailed system documentation, and enforce enterprise best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• ACCA, B.Com, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on functional experience with Odoo and at least three full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger, inventory valuation, and MRP processes.
• Official Odoo Functional certification preferred.
