On‑Camera Content Creator for Short‑Form Video

About the role

CodeNinja is seeking an on‑camera presence to turn product and solution narratives into engaging short‑form videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. You will be the face of our weekly sprint‑based video content, helping to amplify our marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the on‑camera host for product walkthroughs, solution explainers, sprint recaps and quick‑take videos.
• Convert existing long‑form assets (blogs, whitepapers, sprint briefs) into 45‑90 second scripts.
• Collaborate with the video editor and content team to plan, shoot, edit and publish videos on a weekly cadence.
• Own the short‑form video slot within each sprint’s distribution plan and propose original platform‑specific ideas.
• Occasionally extract short clips from longer videos or podcasts.

Required profile

• Approximately 1 year of experience creating and appearing in short‑form video content.
• Comfortable on camera with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Understanding of platform‑specific hooks, pacing, captions and formats.
• Self‑sufficient in shooting and rough‑cutting videos without waiting for full post‑production.
• Interest in AI and enterprise technology and willingness to learn CodeNinja’s regulated B2B positioning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast, sprint‑based environment with multiple parallel campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar video editing tools.
• Basic scriptwriting for short‑form video.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X video formats.
