Onsite Customer Support – Lahore

About the role

We are looking for an onsite Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing education support company in Lahore. You will assist international students and their parents by handling enquiries through calls, chat, email and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth onboarding and service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, WhatsApp and email.
• Provide information about tutoring services, pricing and schedules.
• Handle follow‑ups and support student/parent onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update CRM records and perform data‑entry tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
• Work rotating day and night shifts as required.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (freshers welcome).
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts.
• Good persuasion, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with GHL.
• Experience with CRM systems and data‑entry tasks.
