Paid Media Specialist – Google Ads (Remote)

About the role

We are a marketing agency serving home‑service professionals such as house cleaners and landscapers. We are looking for a results‑driven Paid Media Specialist to manage Google Search Ads, Performance Max (PMAX) and Google Local Service Ads on a remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across Google Ads platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover high‑impact search opportunities.
• Allocate and monitor campaign budgets to maximise performance and ROI.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEO tools to track performance and generate detailed reports.
• Implement conversion optimisation tactics to improve CTR, conversion rates and overall media metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align media strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in SEM, affiliate and performance marketing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Remote work setup based in Pakistan.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
