Petition Writer – AI-Assisted Legal Drafting

About the role

We are hiring Petition Writers to join our Petition Writing Unit in Lahore. You will own case content end-to-end, analysing client profiles, participating in client sessions, and drafting a complete petition package that meets approval standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit, amend and proofread all petition documents, including letters, plans, CVs, cover letters, exhibit lists and recommendation letters.
• Conduct case analysis and research to build evidence-based strategies.
• Participate in client brainstorming and review sessions, communicate outcomes and document them.
• Use the company’s AI drafting system, directing the AI and refining its output to produce client-ready legal documents.
• Stay up-to-date with immigration law and USCIS practices, offering practical solutions and alternatives.
• Deliver work on time, follow defined workflows and keep systems updated daily.

Required profile

• Excellent written English; background in Writing, English, Law or related field preferred.
• Strong research and analytical abilities, with ability to keep current on immigration laws and USCIS requirements.
• Prior knowledge of petitions is a plus; full training will be provided.
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern interfaces, with sound judgement to verify and improve AI-generated content.
• Reliable, professional, deadline-driven work ethic.
• Technical proficiency with AI tools, communication channels and CRMs.
