Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Lahore

About the role

GSK is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive product performance in Lahore. You will engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) with impactful, data‑driven interactions to achieve sales targets while embodying GSK’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ambitious sales targets and grow business performance in the assigned territory.
• Execute HCP engagement initiatives to build product advocacy and incremental sales.
• Conduct patient‑focused sales calls using the Patient Focused Selling Model.
• Maintain and update HCP lists, segment customers, and target accounts based on journey stage.
• Leverage data and insights to identify market trends and sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional omnichannel experiences and extend value‑added services to accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop action plans to increase market share.
• Model GSK values and act with high integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of proven pharma sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Solid knowledge of the pharma industry, therapy areas, disease states, and patient journeys.
• Proficiency in data analytics and CRM tools.
