Production Lead – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Lead is responsible for managing multiple production lines and utilities, ensuring that output meets Coca‑Cola Quality System standards for quality, safety, environment and cost. Working closely with the Production Manager, the role balances planning, maintenance and operational activities to achieve on‑time, cost‑effective production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in annual business planning, forecasting raw material needs, overheads and KPIs.
• Design and implement plant modifications and oversee CAPEX utilization.
• Enter production, shift and component data in SAP and follow SAP maintenance best practices.
• Monitor line efficiency, raw‑material yields, and consumption of diesel, gas, oils and lubricants.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, safety and environmental KPIs.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs via SAP PM, maintain spare‑part inventories and drive TPM initiatives.
• Provide guidance to shift engineers, foremen and operators, and lead training on GMP requirements.
• Control overtime, manage budgets, and support hiring of production and maintenance staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in beverage or similar high‑volume production.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, cost control and resource planning.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across multiple production lines.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
