Project Lead – Legal Strategy for Emerging Tech (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead a high‑impact project that shapes legal frameworks for emerging technologies. This fully remote position reports to a global leader in the technology, information and internet sector and offers the chance to influence AI, data privacy, and cybersecurity strategies at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal compliance throughout development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide expert guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, and contractual obligations to non‑legal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex legal projects in technology‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
