Project Lead – Legal & Tech Strategy (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead a high‑impact project that shapes legal frameworks for emerging technologies. This remote, full‑time position reports to a global leader in the technology, information and internet sector and offers the chance to influence AI, data privacy and cybersecurity strategy at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product and engineering teams to embed compliance throughout development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and policy documents.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI regulations to non‑legal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex legal projects in technology‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
