Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Nakisa, you will lead the delivery of SaaS solutions for our global clients, overseeing projects from conceptualization through implementation. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring onboarding and migration are executed smoothly while meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client liaison during onboarding and migration phases.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and budgets, issuing change requests as needed.
• Oversee project activities, reporting, invoicing and approve timesheets within budget constraints.
• Lead cross‑functional and internal teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes on time.
• Facilitate project hand‑over to support teams and submit weekly status reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS delivery.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience integrating with SAP/ERP ecosystems and managing multiple international projects.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a collaborative approach.
