Project Manager

About the role

Nexus Living is seeking a responsible and organized Project Manager to lead smart home automation projects in Islamabad. You will coordinate between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise ongoing project sites and ensure smooth progress.
• Coordinate daily requirements with technicians and site teams.
• Monitor project timelines and guarantee on‑schedule completion.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide progress updates.
• Facilitate communication between sales and technical teams to capture client requirements.
• Maintain client communication regarding project status and site needs.
• Ensure necessary materials, equipment, and tools are available on site.
• Identify and report issues or delays, coordinating their resolution.
• Maintain basic project records and progress reports.
• Verify completed work and hand over to the client.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project management, site supervision, construction, electrical work, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of technology with an interest in smart home automation.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage site teams and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Islamabad.
• Responsible, organized, and proactive work approach.
