Project Manager

About the role

Financial Innovation for Impact (Fii) is seeking a Pakistan‑based Project Manager to lead the day‑to‑day coordination of its 12‑month technical assistance programme for Pakistani financial regulators. The role will own the integrated workplan, connect activities across workstreams and ensure that outputs, decisions and follow‑up actions are delivered on time and in a coherent manner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated programme workplan, translating priorities into clear activities, milestones, owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate daily delivery across the Pakistan team, international specialists, consultants and stakeholder groups, clarifying responsibilities and hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate trackers for delivery, decisions, dependencies and actions; monitor target dates and drive timely closure.
• Plan and organise meetings, workshops, missions and other technical‑assistance activities, handling agendas, briefing materials, participant logistics and documented follow‑up.
• Track programme outputs, KPIs and monitoring evidence, consolidating concise progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably in a technical‑assistance or financial‑sector context.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to work effectively with Pakistani regulatory authorities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
