Purchaser – Construction Procurement (Sialkot)

About the role

Al Rehman Developers is seeking an experienced Purchaser to manage procurement activities for the Al Rehman Garden (ARG) project in Sialkot. The role focuses on sourcing high‑quality construction materials, equipment, and services while ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for construction and development projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors to secure the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate material requirements with site engineers, project managers, and other departments.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to avoid project delays.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience in a housing society or real‑estate development company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and supplier networks.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
