QA Analyst

About the role

Software Finder is seeking a QA Analyst to support the Business Development and Customer Success teams by ensuring high‑quality vendor management processes after lead allocation. The role will monitor vendor performance, audit service quality and resolve vendor‑related issues to uphold the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and compliance with Software Finder’s quality standards.
• Conduct quality audits of vendor interactions, identify gaps and provide actionable feedback.
• Manage and investigate vendor‑related issues such as refunds, complaints, disputes and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success and Operations teams to improve vendor retention and engagement.
• Prepare quality reports, track KPIs, analyse trends and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of QA findings, vendor performance and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance, vendor management or a client‑facing role, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, lead generation or B2B services.
• Strong understanding of quality audit frameworks, vendor performance metrics and dispute resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify trends.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and accountable.
