R&D Engineer – Machine Shops

About the role

Lead development of new products from concept to completion, working closely with cross‑functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies for new product lines and support cost & time estimation for enquiries.
• Track project milestones, troubleshoot issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments on product and process development.
• Visit customer sites, foundries and machine shops to gather feedback and technical information.
• Support reverse engineering of new products and document processes.
• Maintain project records and participate in daily R&D, WRM, MRM, PRC, and CRM meetings.
• Assist in planning manufacturing schedules with Commercial and Business Development teams.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in product development or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Qadri Group’s manufacturing capabilities and various manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
