Regional IELTS Manager – EU, Pakistan & CIS

About the role

The Regional IELTS Manager will oversee IELTS test centre operations across the EU, Pakistan and CIS regions. Reporting to the Regional IELTS Director, you will ensure that all centres deliver the IELTS test in line with IDP standards while providing an excellent experience for test‑takers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with IELTS Test Administrators at associate centres.
• Ensure test‑takers receive exemplary customer service before, during and after the exam.
• Lead the transformation of test centres into customer‑service centres of excellence through training and performance monitoring.
• Manage escalation of customer complaints and optimise B2C touchpoints.
• Provide monthly performance feedback to centres and address operational issues.
• Coordinate launch plans for new IELTS products and drive improvement projects.
• Monitor competitor offerings and keep regional teams informed of market changes.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and central operations to keep all centre information up‑to‑date.
• Oversee invoicing of IA fees and ensure timely settlement by associate centres.
• Conduct regional webinars and engagement initiatives for test‑takers.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with extensive experience in operations, sales or marketing.
• Proven ability to mentor and support new centre administrators.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and experience in external stakeholder management.
• Motivated, results‑driven individual comfortable with discovery processes.
