Regulatory Compliance Specialist – Legal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and involves ensuring that contracts and business processes comply with applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law and regulatory requirements and present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports and presentations supporting business decisions.
• Maintain and organise legal documentation, guaranteeing accessibility for audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills
