Remote Blockchain Developer (Solidity)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Blockchain Developer with strong Solidity expertise to design and build the smart‑contract infrastructure that powers our reward and distribution systems. You will collaborate with backend engineers, product leaders, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production‑ready solutions across multiple EVM networks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Solidity smart contracts for reward distribution, airdrop claims, referral and staking logic, and wallet eligibility verification.
• Implement secure claim mechanisms such as Merkle proofs, signature‑based validation, and role‑based permissions.
• Optimize contracts for gas efficiency, scalability, and security, including upgradeable patterns.
• Integrate contracts with backend services, event‑driven systems, and off‑chain workflows.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams on wallet flows and transaction logic.
• Conduct internal contract reviews and contribute to security best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions for multi‑chain infrastructure.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Solidity development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Hardhat, Ethers.js, OpenZeppelin, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of smart‑contract security, gas optimization, EVM internals, and upgradeable contracts.
• Experience deploying contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base or similar EVM chains.
• Proven ability to integrate smart contracts with backend/off‑chain systems.
• Solid Git workflow and collaborative development experience.
