Remote Call Center Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Call Center Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this position you will drive high‑volume candidate outreach, conduct initial screening interviews, and guide qualified applicants through the hiring process for a variety of remote career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using company‑provided lists and recruiting systems.
• Conduct structured phone interviews to assess experience, communication skills, and job fit.
• Introduce candidates to open positions, answer questions about responsibilities and schedules, and set expectations.
• Schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers for qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple hiring campaigns.
• Achieve daily outreach and interview‑scheduling targets while delivering a professional candidate experience.
• Support additional recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong phone presence with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling environment.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection (primary and backup).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet productivity goals.
