Remote Corporate Recruiter

About the role

As a Remote Corporate Recruiter you will support the hiring process by engaging prospective candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, evaluating qualifications, and coordinating interviews. You will maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 150‑250 candidate outreach and screening interactions daily using CRM tools.
• Contact prospective applicants and introduce available employment opportunities.
• Lead structured phone conversations to assess experience, communication, attitude, and overall suitability.
• Clearly convey position details, requirements, expectations, and next steps.
• Evaluate applicants against established qualification criteria and identify those meeting initial requirements.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, call outcomes, and follow‑up information in the CRM.
• Follow recruitment scripts, communication procedures, and screening workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and candidate support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Professional and confident telephone communication style.
• Ability to assess candidate attitude, experience, and suitability during phone conversations.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of daily interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable primary and secondary internet connection, electricity, computer and mobile device.
• Previous experience in corporate recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, or call‑center work preferred.
• Experience following an English‑language script is a plus.
