Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them schedule appointments with licensed life and health insurance agents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing software.
• Answer general questions, provide accurate information, and schedule appointments for insurance professionals.
• Deliver exceptional service on every interaction and follow approved communication guidelines.
• Document conversations accurately and keep CRM records up to date.
• Resolve basic concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions and ongoing training.
• Perform additional customer support and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and active listening.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, laptop or desktop, headset and smartphone.
