Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers and prospects by phone, provide accurate information about our services, and support appointment scheduling when appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive high‑volume inbound and outbound calls using our CRM and dialer system.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, following established scripts and procedures.
• Provide accurate details on available services and appointment opportunities.
• Handle basic objections, answer questions, and document each interaction in the CRM.
• Identify and schedule appropriate appointments using internal scheduling tools.
• Maintain consistent service quality and participate in coaching sessions.
• Perform additional support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional, patient phone presence and strong listening abilities.
• Reliable internet connection, power supply, and a laptop/PC with a smartphone.
• Ability to stay organized and focused while working remotely.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or phone support is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to follow training and accept constructive feedback.
