Remote DevOps Engineer – Contract (CI/CD, Cloud, Terraform)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a leading global IT services firm on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production and staging issues, and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and integrations.
• Apply security best practices throughout infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands‑on expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies.
