Remote DevOps Engineer – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer on a contract basis to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for a global software leader. The role focuses on optimizing cloud resources, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring high‑availability of mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous deployment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Maintain security and compliance standards across cloud environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on expertise with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code solutions like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
