Remote Electrical Engineering Professor (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineering Professor to deliver undergraduate and graduate courses on a contract basis. This fully remote position allows you to teach, mentor, and develop curriculum for a global education leader while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in electrical engineering, covering circuit design, power systems, and embedded systems.
• Develop and update curriculum materials, including lectures, labs, and assignments aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor students through research projects, theses, and capstone design courses.
• Evaluate student performance via exams, projects, and participatory assessments.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners to integrate practical applications into coursework.

Required profile

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of university‑level teaching experience.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and student mentorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for teaching complex technical concepts.
